About the Author

Co-founder of the White Tigress Sociey™, Hsi Lai has been an author and teacher of Asian related internal and philosophical arts for more than 30 years. He was first introduced to the White Tigress, Green Dragon teachings in 1986 and was initiated in 1988. His first book, The Sexual Teachings of the White Tigress: Sexual Secrets of the Female Taoist Masters (Destiny Books, 2000) has since been published into six foreign language editions. His second book, The Sexual Teachings of the Jade Dragon (Destiny Books, 2002) has received similar attention. Hsi Lai lives in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.
