What happens after I’ve placed my order?

You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing in addition to shipping time. In the event that your order will not be sent out within 48 hours, you will receive an email explaining the delay.

We provide shipping confirmation and tracking numbers on an automated system, as soon as your order is out for delivery.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on opened merchandise. Returns accepted on unopened, damaged or defective items only, and only within 2 days of delivery confirmation.

What about International Shipping?

Due to current world political issues, we are having some difficulty in shipping internationally. As of this time we still offer International Shipping to SOME of our previous destinations, but it is some what of a learning process as to which countries continue to allow us to ship. In ALL cases please expect new tariffs when your product arrives. Please note we are not associated with , nor collect, these fees. And they are not calculated when you purchase from us. We currently ship to the following countries. I am sorry to say that we are unable to ship to Germany, France, Italy, the UK or Brazil due to Customs limitations. Don’t see your country listed?
